Each member of the pack/den/troop can compete and make this part of the swimming merit badge requirements….Each person must complete a set number of laps during a designated day. Get individuals and sponsors to pledge a certain amount for each lap completed. A great way to raise money and have fun at the same time. Would work great for a school swim team as well:)
