1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup molasses 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon liquid smoke 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon lemon juice dash lemon salt 1/4 lb bacon 2 chickens, quartered
fry bacon. add chicken and brown. after 20 minutes start basting chicken with swayze sauce. continue until chicken is done.
This recipe is named for Sid Swazey, a cattle rustler in Utah's San Rafael Swell. Crazy Sid evaded capture by jumping his horse over a 15 foot wide, 150 foot deep canyon. Go Sid.
