Two blocks of wood or other noise-making device
Leader stands at an elevated position so he can observe all other scouts. The scouts move around within a specified area until the leader claps the blocks together. When they hear this, the scouts must freeze. If the leader sees any scout moving, he calls the scout's name and the scout must sit down. The other scouts are free to move until the blocks are clapped again. If the leader doesn't see any movement, he may release the scouts from their stiff position by clapping the blocks again.
The last scout standing wins.
