Each scout will need pencil and paper.
Have a good storyteller tell a 3-5 minute long story. Then have all of the scouts abdicate the premises. While they are out of the room, rearrange things, such as chairs, pictures, (please don't try moving walls) etc. If you are doing this outside, don't try moving trees, believe me, I know this from sore experience (try to keep the outdoor code behind and leave no trace, you could possibly remove the trash and make them point out what used to be there). Then have the scouts come back in and write down how everything used to be/what changed.
The scout with the most accurate written recount of the former positions of objects wins.
