Standing Jump Relay

Standing Jump Relay

Create a starting line and have patrols line up behind it. The first scout in his patrol line jumps as far as he can with his feet together in the proper standing long jump way. The second patrol member in line starts his jump at the closest mark made by the proceeding scout. This process continues until all scouts have gone (as long as each patrol has the same number of boys).

The patrol with the farthest total jump length wins.
