Boom Boom Song

Horsey and a flea and three blind mice,
Sittin’ on a corner shootin’ dice,
The horse slipped and fell on the flea,
The flea said whoops there's a horse on me.

Boom Boom ain’t it great to be crazy
Boom Boom ain’t it great to be crazy
Silly and foolish all day long
Boom Bomm ain’t it great to be crazy

Took myself to the picture show
Sat right down in the very third row
Wrapped my arms around my waist
Got so fresh, had to slap my face

Way up north in the ice and snow
Eskimo lived and his name was Joe
Got so tired of black and white
He wore pink panties to the dance last night

Way down south where bananas grow
Ant stepped on an elephants toe
Elephant cried with tears in his eyes,
“Why don’t you pick on someone your own size?”

Eli Eli, he sells socks
A dollar a pair and a nickel a box
The longer you wear 'em the shorter they get
Put'em in the washer and they don't get wet!

Stand or sit in a line. On the first word "boom" pat your legs (left hand on left leg and right hand on right leg). On second "boom" cross your arms and pat your legs so that your left hand crosses over your right. On "ain't" pat the left leg of the person sitting to your right with your right hand and your own right leg with your left hand. On the word "it" you pat your own legs as you did on the first "boom". On the word "great" you cross your right hand over your left and pat your legs. On the word "to" you pat the right leg of the person sitting to your left with your left hand. On the word "be" you start the pattern over from the very beginning until the end of the chorus.

CommentThis song should start out fairly slowly and build up speed on each repetition of the chorus.
