there are 2 or more scouts that are yelling out numbers while the others laugh. the third dude walks in and asks what they are doing. one of them replies and says theyve been sitting there for so long they have numbered there jokes. the third guy yells out a number and no one laughs. he asks why no one is laughing and a guy says some people just dont know how to tell jokes
