scouts sit in circle with one scout in the middle. The circle asks the leader, "Is it time for japutcha?" the leader makes up random checks such as "the Wind" or "Agent in japan"
after as many as you like he leader says yes and the scouts stand up and begin singing "ja-putcha your right arm in..."
