Action
First scout runs accross stage screaming (multiple times), "Ahhhhhhh, The Viper is coming!!!"
Let 15 seconds past and then the second scout does the same.
Let another 15 seconds pass then the third scout does the same.
Then, the viper skits out onto the stage with the roll in his hands with about ten feet of the paper unrolled saying, "I'm the viper!" (multiple times). Then when in the center of the stage, he stops and askes, "Does anybody need a vipe?!"

3 loud scouts and one viper(any other scout)

just go over it once and you will have it in your heads
