Chuck wagon stew Recipe

 

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
 <br>2 med. potatoes, unpeeled and cut into small pieces
 <br>2 Tbs. minced onion (optional)
 <br>1 1/4 tsp. salt
 <br>1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
 <br>2 Tbs. worchestershire sauce
 <br>1 16oz. can diced tomatoes (don't drain)
 <br>1 8oz. can cut green beans (don't drain)

Equipment

Deep skillet or pot with lid
 <br>camp stove or hot coals

Instructions

Brown and drain ground beef. (or you can use dried) Add everything else. Stir, cover and simmer for 20 min. or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally

CommentThis feeds 4. Grab bigger pots and double, triple, or whatever you need to feed everybody. Serve with cornbread.
