2 lb. Kielbasa or smoked sausage
2 lg. onions
3 lg. bell peppers
1 med can pineapple chunks in pineapple juice
2 tbsp cooking oil
12" Dutch Oven
Cut onions and peppers into 3/4" wide strips. Saute until onions start to become clear. Cut Kielbasa in 1" chunks
and add to onions and peppers. Add pineapple, including juice. Place lid on Dutch Oven. Cook at around 350 deg. for 35 min.
