Snow
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Vanilla Extract

One large bowl
Ice cream scoop
Instructions
Get A LOT of snow
Add enough sweetened condensed milk(about 4 cans for a medium sized stock pot)
and about 2-3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Stir and serve.
CommentJust came back from troops annual snow camping outing and made this for the boys! It was a huge hit! The ingredients have to be judged by how big your pot and snow. just add enough to coat ice.
