Instead of just wrapping your hobo dinners in foil, use the disposable aluminum pie pans that you buy in the baking section. Put your food in the pan, then wrap the whole thing in foil. Your food will cook evenly and you won't punch holes into your foil or leak your juices out of the bottom.
