Instructions
-whisk up the pancake batter
-take a slice of bread and spread the jam over one side
- fold over the slice of bread, covering the jam side
-place the folded bread into the batter, making both sides are evenly coated
-pour some oil into a pan and once heated, put in the bread
-fry untill golden brown, then roll in the sugar and serve
