Ingredients
3 small cans Cincinnati-style chili; 1 small can refried beans; 1 lb ground beef; 1 medium jar(8-10 oz)salsa; 1-tablespoon brown sugar; 1-teaspoon cinnamon; 1-8oz cup of water; 1 teaspoon Cajun spice.
Equipment
4 Quart pot, measuring cup, measuring spoons,large stirring spoon
Instructions
1)Brown ground beef in pot and drain excess fat(or your chili will be too greasy.)
2)Add all other ingredients and simmer over low flame for about an hour.
3)Check your pot often and stir every time.
4)You may have to add additional water later, if too thick.
5)Serve over spaghetti or over a hot dog in the bun with shredded cheese for a Cincinnati-style cheese coney.
6) Makes about 8-10 servings.
