Ingredients
Potatoes, Bacon, Eggs, Carrots, or whatever else you have on hand.
Equipment
Frying pan, Boiler pot, Spatula.
Instructions
Slice potatoes into thin strips, place in pot of boiling water, and boil until soft. Meanwhile, fry bacon and set aside. Scramble eggs in frying pan. Crumple bacon, and add to eggs. Stir. Remove from fire and add potatoes. Enjoy!
CommentBoil peeled carrot pennies with potatoes, or cut into sticks and serve on the side.
Tastes great with salt and lots of pepper.
