fillets from 15 bluegill, deboned and skinned
10 saltine crackers
oil for frying
crush saltines to crumbs and put in bowl along with salt, pepper and egg. Mince fish and add into mixture. Form into golfball sized balls. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
CommentQuick and easy, doesn't matter how big the fish are, just need more if they're small.
