6 chicken breasts, 3 cups hot oil, 1/2 cup honey, 2 cups flour, 2 TB lemon pepper, 1 cup water
Dutch Oven, tongs,
place flour and seasonings in paper sack and shake chicken. Deep fry chicken about 10 minutes until golden brown and tender. Drain grease and add 1 cup water and 1/2 cup honey and cook in dutch oven for 45 minutes on med heat. This recipe will make up a delicious batch of golden crisp, smooth and tender chicken that will make all scouts want to come back next year.
