Ingredients
Large baking potatoe
cheese, bacon bits, onion
Equipment
foil and coal fire, apple corer
Instructions
with corer make hole in center of potatoe lenght wise. Stuff with cheese, bacon bits and if you want it chopped onions. Cut end off part removed and stick it back in end of hole. Wrap in foil and bake in coals until tender. Can be done in DO's.
CommentThis is really good. When they are finished you can also add chili over them.
