1 lb sausage
16 oz. bag frozen hash browns
1 bottle salsa
Cook hash browns in LARGE skillet until brown and tender. Either remove hash browns when done or push to one side of skillet and brown sausage, mushrooms, onion and green pepper. Transfer hash browns to D/O then add sausage on top. Cook for 10 minutes in D/O. Carefully add eggs to top of sausage mixture. Do not stir or scramble eggs. Cook until eggs are set - 15 minutes. Add salsa as needed.
