Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

 

Ingredients

Red Potatoes
 <br>Yellow Onions
 <br>Parmesan Cheese
 <br>Butter

Equipment

Heavy Duty foil
 <br>Knife

Instructions

1) Cut potatoes into thin slices
 <br>2) Cut onion into 1/4" slices and cut slices into quarters.
 <br>3) place on half the foil sheet then
 <br>4) add some butter, top with parmesan cheese
 <br>5) wrap and place on coals 10-30 minutes according to taste. (Any heating source will do.)
