3 pound potatoes (1 inch cubes)
3 pound polish sausage (1 inch slices)
2 pound onion (chopped)
2 pound mini carrots
1 large head cabbage (chopped)
1 whole stalk celery (chopped)
4 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
4 tablespoon black pepper
30 quart turkey fryer with lid
Combine all ingredients and cover with water.
place on turkey fryer , stove, or campfire. Cover pot and heat to boiling. Continue to cook for 3 hours. Stirring every 30 minutes. (make sure you get the bottom stirred or it will burn and stick. When the potatoes are done so is the stew.
Commentthis may be fixed in a dutch oven also. Just use 1/2 of the ingredients.
