Trapper's jerky Recipe

 

Ingredients

4 tbs liquid smoke
4 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1lbs.meat

Equipment

Dehydrator

Instructions

Cut meat into 1/4 " thick
Marinate meat for two hours
Place in hydrator for 18-24 hours
