8 small red potatos, 4 large Videlia onions, 3 table spoons of season salt, 1 stick of butter
Rinse potatos and quarter,peal onion and quarter, and season salt and butter with quarter cup of water. Cook for 30 minutes with lid on at 400 degrees. Remove lid and cook for 20 minutes!
