Service Project Description
Eagle candidate planned and executed a variety show at the local high school auditorium that featured over 20 performers from the community with singing, dancing, instrumental, and drama performances. Show theme was "Support Our Troops!". Candidate recruited and coordinated roles for performers, ushers, stage hands, and ticket sellers. $1,500.00 raised was used to buy items for care packages that were assembled by volunteer scouts under the guidance of the candidate and sent to local National Guard soldiers deployed to Iraq.
