Using all Cub Packs, Scout Troops, Venture Crews, Explorer Posts and Girl Scout Units in the county, prepare a Disaster Resource Manual listing all equipment available and locations to set up a disaster relief campsite for temporary shelter, food kitchen,etc. for your county Emergency Management Agency.
