Service Project Description
In almost 400 work hours, 29 Scouts and 7 adults over 4 months designed and built a covered observation platform in the Accotink Wildlife Refuge and wetlands at Fort Belvoir, Virgina, more than more than 1/2 mile from the nearest road.
