Ingredients

2lbs link sausage, can corn, can green beans, 2 cups instant potatoes, 1 cup water, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup + grated cheese, salt / pepper to taste

Equipment

dutch oven

Instructions

slice and "brown" sausage, add corn and green beans (don't drain) and water.Heat to simmer. stir in potatoes, sour cream and cheese. Bake for 10-15 min. add salt and pepper to taste.

vegetables can be swapped around for a diffrent taste or add some saulsa when serving.
