mince meat (chicken,pork,beef) large onion slice of tomato
aliuminum foil pit with charcol
peal onion and cut in half ,then make small cup like shapes with the outer layers each two layer thick, then stuff meat inside one half and place tomatoe slice over it then and repeat process to other half and reform an onion looking shape wrap in foil wrap and place in heat
this was done by me and my potrol in a backwoodsman competition was voted best tasting =)
