Old Smokeys Spagetts and Meatballs


Meatballs 1-2 lbs of lean ground beef 1/4-1/2 c parmasean cheese 2 tbsp italian seasoning 1 small diced onion 1-2 cans spaghetti sauce of your choice 1 bag of spaghetti or spagettini for a change Grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese to top spaghetti


2 Large pots


Meatballs Mix all meatball ingredients together and roll into 1" balls. Cook in oven @ 375' for 15-20 min (on broiling pan-grease drips through) It is good to prepare the meatballs at home cook in the oven, freeze and take frozen. They will thaw quickly in the hot scrumptous sauce. Spaghetti- Throw in hot boiling water with a tbsp of oil, throw a piece against a tree and if it sticks, it's a ready!
