New England Sea Food Chowder

Ingredients

Chopped up potatoes Chopped up onions Crumbled cooked bacon Clams, shrimp, scallops or fish Milk, cream, and butter to taste.

Equipment

Pot or dutch oven laddle

Instructions

Add potatoes and onions to just enough water to cover and bring to a hard boil. Remove from heat for 10 minutes. Add bacon, seafood,milk, and cream, Bring to a boil again, take off heat,add butter. Searve warm with heavy bread.
