Pullup bar Tape measure


Split into patrols. Each patrol member does as many pullups as he can in one minute, then as many situps as he can in a minute, then pushups in a minute, and then a standing long jump. You can have several scouts going at once with leaders or other boys counting and measuring.


1 point for a pullup 1 point for two pushups 1 point for five situps 1 point for every inch past the average jump distance
