Mormon Honey Chicken
6 chicken breasts 3 cups hot oil 1/2 cup honey 2 cups flour 2 TB lemon pepper 1 cup water
Dutch Oven tongs
place flour and seasonings in paper sack and shake chicken. Deep fry chicken about 10 minutes until golden brown and tender. Drain grease and add 1 cup water and 1/2 cup honey and cook in dutch oven for 45 minutes on med heat. This recipe will make up a delicious batch of golden crisp, smooth and tender chicken that will make all scouts want to come back next year.
