One person stands in front of each patrol. The person has a coin in one hand. The first scout runs up to the person and guesses which hand the coin is in. If he's wrong, he runs in a circle around the person and guesses again. If he's right, he runs back to his patrol and the next scout goes up. The person can change which hand the coin is in whenever he wants to.
The first patrol to have all of its members guess correctly wins.
