Ingredients

Chicken (one leg quarter per person) Jar(s) of spaghetti sauce black olives (optional) button mushrooms (optional) wide egg noodles olive oil garlic Parmasean cheese

Instructions

in the dutch oven, brown chicken in olive oil, add garlic at the end. once chicken is cooked through, pour spaghetti sauce over it and cook for 1 hour (12 coals under 6 over). after 45 minutes mushrooms and black olives. after one hour add egg noodles and cook until tender. refresh coals as necessary.
