There are a lot of fundraiser vehicles out there, where people pay a lot more for a product because it is going for a good cause. In this case, Gizzi's Coffee is sold at the same price retailers sell it at, so there is no "Fundraiser Markup". Also, the taste of Gizzi's is far better than anything in the market, so people keep coming back, therefore making additional funds for the organization selling it.
