Fundraising
The Boy Scouts of America has very solid fundraiser guidelines. These are designed to accomplish several objectives:
Protect the good name of the BSA.
Ensure an educational experience for youth.
Avoid legal problems.
Prevent interference with other Fund raising activities.
Coordinate troop and pack money earning projects.
Involve the Chartering Organization and Unit Committee.
Page 2 of the following form contains 10 questions you can use to pre-screen your application for approval. If you can answer "Yes" to each of the questions, then there is a good chance that your money-earning project will be approved.
