Frozen Bananoids


1/2 bag chocolate chips, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 bag coconut, 1 cup chopped walnuts, 4-5 bananas


tongs, waxed paper, 2 bowls, paper plates, double boiler


Put a cup or 1 1/2 cups in the bottom pan of the double boiler. Put the chocolate and milk in the top part, turn the heat on low, and stir a lot. Cook for about 5 min. or until chocolate is melted. Put in the chopped walnuts in 1 bowl and the cocnut in the other. Put a big piece of waxed paper on the table, and a smaller piece on each paper plate. Peel 1 banana, cut it into thirds, and use your tongs or a fork to dip it in the chocolate. Mak sure it's all covered, then roll it around in the nuts or coconut (or both). Set it on the wax-covered paper plate and start again. Once you're finished with the bananas, put the filled plates in the freezer and wait as long as you can stand it.

Should only use this recipe if you have a cabin or whatever that has a freezer. The recipe takes 30 min. of preparing and 30 min. of freezing time. It also fills about 2 plates.
