French Bagel

Ingredients

4-5 bagels cut in half 6 eggs Cinnamon Vanilla extract oil or butter (for the pan)

Equipment

frying pan something to flip the bagel with bowl your camp fire

Instructions

scramble eggs in bowl, add cinnamon, and vinilla extract, mix in well. dip open side of bagel in eggs. then through in hot pan that has the butter or oil in it, egg side down. flip to warm other side. eat alone or with syrip
