Foil Wrap Chicken Fajitas


1 - boneless skinless chicken breast per person 1 – package taco mix for each 4-5 chicken breast 1 – can of black beans for each 4 persons ½ cup – grated cheddar cheese per person taco sauce or salsa sour cream chopped onions 2-4 tortea for each person


Aluminum Foil Small Ziploc bags


Purchase enough ingredients for your group. To minimize cleanup slice and cube chicken breast and mix with taco mix and sauce at home. Place one chicken breast in a small Ziploc bag. Divide up the taco mix into Ziplocs evenly between 4 to 5 chicken breast. Add to each Ziploc about 2 tablespoons of taco sauce or other marinade or hot sauce. Close Ziploc and mix the chicken and taco sauce together by pressing the bag and freeze before camp out. To cook get a sheet of aluminum foil and place chicken mixture in the center of foil. Add black beans and some chopped onions. Wrap foil around mixture and seal. Double wrap with another sheet of foil. Place on coals for about 30 minutes and turning every 10 minutes. To serve, open foil and scoop out some chicken onto a tortea. Add chopped onions, shredded cheese, sour cream and taco sauce. Enjoy!
