Fitness Medley Relay


Each patrol/den will need a tire casing; two gunny sacks; and eight neckerchiefs, triangular bandages, or ropes.


Patrol/den relay: The first pair steps up, and, on signal, ties their legs together with the neckerchief on the ankles and race around a marker about 50 feet away. When they get back, they will tag off the next pair in their patrol/den. When eight people have done it, then when everyone is untied, the first person will get in a gunny sack and race around the marker and tag off the next person. When 8 people have done this, then send the first person to roll the tire around the marker and then tag off the next person. If there are not eight people, then some people will have to do it multiple times.


The first patrol/den to have all eight people do all three relays wins.
