Fish in the fire
1 good sized fish or a couple small ones, whichever you were able to catch. <br>Lemon Pepper or other favorite seasonings <br>Butter
Clean your fish <br>Place on tinfoil' <br>Add butter inside and out of fish <br>put your seasoning in the fish <br>fold foil so as to keep juices and stuff inside. <br>Place in fire for about 15-20 minutes. be sure to cook both sides. Fish comes out flaky, you know you did it right.

The skin of the fish will come right off with the foil. Pretty tasty dish, even for young scouts learning how to cook.
