Fajitas

Ingredients

2 lbs steak sliced into thin strips  <br>1-2 packs flour tortillas  <br>2 green peppers  <br>1 large onion  <br>salsa  <br>2T oil  <br>grated cheese  <br>sour cream (optional)  <br>  <br>Marinade:  <br>1 cup salsa  <br>1 cup Newman's Own italian dressing  <br>1 lime  <br>dash worchester sauce

Equipment

2 frying pans or woks  <br>tin foil  <br>ziplock bag  <br>

Instructions

Place strips of steak and marinade in ziplock bag, place in fridge or cooler overnight before cooking (we do it the night before our campout). Slice onions and green peppers. Fry steak and onions/peppers in seperate pans (use oil for onions/peppers). Wrap tortillas in foil and heat on fire, turning occasionally. Everyone can grab a tortilla, add ingredients, roll up and enjoy - delicious!

Feeds 4-8 depending on side dishes. We bring chips & salsa to eat while waiting for fajitas to cook.
