Bio / AccomplishmentsJoseph M Scotchlas receieved his Eagle Scout rank in 2004 at St Michael's Church in Simpson, PA. He later went on to achieve bronze, gold, and silver palms. He is a Paramedic with Cottage Hose Amb Corps. Joseph is currently attending the University of Scranton where he is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Health Care Administration
