Bio / AccomplishmentsIn addition to being an Eagle Scout, Billy is a Vigil Honor member and former Lodge Chief of Miami Lodge 495. He is a History and Theology Major at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Oh, which he attends on an Army ROTC scholarship.
