Bio / AccomplishmentsJoe has been involved in scouting since Tiger Cubs. Earned Arrow of Light Honor before making it to Boy Scouts. His court of Honor was an O.A. ceremony. He has earned Brotherhood in the O.A., and was also ranked as the number one highschool Play by Play announcer in the state of Indiana, according to Ball State University. He will be a freshman at Ball State in the fall '04 semester. He plans on majoring in Telecommunications.
