Bio / AccomplishmentsAdam completed his Eagle Board of Review at age 14 on November 14, 2001 in Abilene, Texas. Prior to that time, he served Troop 232 as Patrol Leader, Chaplain Aide, Troop Guide and Senior Patrol Leader. His Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project was planting shrubs and perennials on the grounds of the newly constructed Rose Park's Senior Activity Center in Abilene, Texas.
Other service experiences include: honored with "Spirit Award" in 1996 from Habitat for Humanity's local Abilene chapter; started weekly outreach Bible study in 2000 which continues to the present; worked the summer of 2001 as a Junior Volunteer at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas; and served on the medical/dental team of Health Talents International by screening and fitting patients for eyeglasses in Guatemala in 2001 and working as a dental assistant in Nicaragua in 2002.
Currently a freshman at Abilene High School, Adam sings bass in the Concert Choir. His other hobbies include: mountain climbing and repelling, carpentry, and working on his 1965 Chevy pickup.
