Bio / AccomplishmentsDavid joined scouting April 1971 as a Cub Scout in Pack 528, which later became Pack 92. He worked continually till he reached the highest award in Cub Scouts THE ARROW OF LIGHT. He graduated into Troop 92 April 1974 He was inspired by his former Webelos Leader Roberet Collins who was only 18 years old, and an EAGLE SCOUT. David set a goal for himself, to achieve the rank of EAGLE by his 14th birthday. He worked very hard towards this goal. Along the way he gave service to Pack 92 as a Den Chief, member of the Order of Arrow, and has achieved BROTHERHOOD. He took a T.L.D. Course at Ten Mile River and has earned his patch. He served as Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, and Senior Patrol Leader. He attend the National Scout Jamboree in Morraine St. Park, Pa. David has maintained 100% attendance in scouting for the past 4 years. He has earned a total of 31 Merit Badges, and all 12 Skill awards. In addition to all this is a member of the school String Orchester in Jr. H.S. 109 and maintains an 85% average in his studies. He was a member of the Little League for two years, and has given service to his community thru the Queens Village Chamber of Commerce, Queens Village Volunteer Ambulance Corps. the 105th Precinct, and his Troops sponsor Calvary United Medodist Church. David made thr rank of Eagle 3 days before his 14th birthday.
