Getting scouts to follow SPL at meetings
| We put all the boys names on wooden dowels and when they come into the meeting they move it to the in side. At the end of the night the SPL takes all the dowels of boys that he felt did well during the meeting and draws one for a prize. If the boy acted up or didn't listen to the SPL his dowel didn't go in. |

| The SPL was having trouble at meetings. It seemed that many boys were off doing their own thing,not paying attention or giving the SPL a hard time. |
