Dutch-Oven Peach Cobbler
Two 16-ounce cans sliced peaches in heavy or light syrup ,1 pint fresh blueberries (optional),1/2c.Bisquick baking mix ,1/3 c.sugar,ground cinnamon Topping 21/4c.Bisquick,1/4c.sugar,1/4c.(1/2 sick),1/2c. milk,cinnamon sugar1/4c.sugarw/2tp ground cinnamon
dutch-oven w/ lid ,can-opener,resealable plastic bag
1.Spray w/oil 2. Drain 1 can of the peaches.Combine both cans of peaches,including the juice from the undrained can,the blueberries,if using,the Bisquick,sugar,and a sprinkling of cinnamon.place this mixture into dutch-oven.3.To make the topping Combine both Bisquick , sugar , butter,and milk in bag.Drop bits of dough,using your fingers,on peaches.sprinkle w/ cinnamon & sugar.4.place oven over on fire about 12 coals cover w/ lid ,and place 12 coals on top .Check in 10 mins.;if the dough is brown,there are too many coals on top .If it's not brown at all ,add a few coals .The Cobber usually cooks in 30 mins
